dc.description.abstractGlobalization has gained speed with technological innovations and affected on all field. Of course this effect was feeled by businesses intensively. Businesses adapt not only technological innovations but also face competition. Technological innovations may be imported easly but human resources which increase productivity, enhance quality and focus on consumer are not taken easily as innovation. Producing or importing innovation, using innovation in production process, a sharing knowledge are important for a business. This process is called intellectual capital. In this study, we investigated formation of intellectual capital in hotels in the GAP region.en_US
