Abstract

This study examines the factors and the causes of stress at work exposed to workers. We use individual level data obtained from a questionnaire conducted on workers in education sector. Statistical analyses of the data are carried out using the SPSS program. We find that women have more stress than men. Further, existence of communication problem increases the stress at work
