It is tried to measure success level and productivity of the courses in Accounting and Finance Discipline in respect of academics and students. Results of the study are important to display where students have perception problems and what the smoothing elements for better understanding of the course are. In our country, almost every university has Faculty of Economics and Administration. Students who attend to Gaziantep University, Faculty of Economics and Administration have been taken up as sample mass. Results have been analyzed by statistics data programs and interpretation is made on results.
