Organizations should have some kind of special features recently in order to be superior over its rivals that get active in the same area. The members of these organizations approve the continuous learning and comprehend that their own improvement is an obligation for organization’s development. The concept of learning is related to visions, strategies and knowledge transfer at organizational level and related to gaining/understanding knowledge and skills at individual level. Also a connection exists between two level and learning organization. Universities need alteration like the other organizations and they need to be a learning organization for realizing this easily. Universities can not exactly become learning organizations but in respect to their structure, some activities might be done to get them the learning organizations.
