dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction, which creates important outcomes on the base of individuals and organizations, has been a salient concept in organizational behavior or human resource management. When social capital has come to agenda and its importance in working life has been discussed; concepts, like job satisfaction, creativity or knowledge creation have been reexamined. The aim of this study is to analyze a conceptual relationship between job satisfaction and organizational social capital. A model, derived from conceptual bases, support the new studies that analyze the social capital or social networks as a new determinant of job satisfaction.en_US
