dc.description.abstractIt has been understood that loyalty of a customer to the firm is a significant factor for the success of the firm. Therefore, in this study the effects of the firm’s image in the GSM sector on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have been researched on. The findings might play a remarkable role in the determination of the strategies that could enable the firms in the telecommunication sector to have an advantageous state in competition. The data related to the research topic have been gathered from the centrums of the cities Istanbul, Izmir and Çanakkale. The findings indicate that the firm’s image positively affects customer satisfaction and customer loyaltyen_US
