Yönetişim Kavramı ve Türkiye’de Uygulanabilirliği Üzerine Değerlendirmeler

Abstract

In the world, economic, social, political and technologic developments have affected administrative area and caused the appearance of new concepts, perspectives and institutions in administratve area. One of the mentioned new concepts is governance. The model of governance which is related to disputed issues such as changing government-citizen relationship, strengthening democracy, improving capacity of service delivery of government, rule of law is applied in global, national and local areas. Yet, the model of governance has been built on some values and actors which determine its feasibility in a country. Turkey has some problems in terms of these values and actors.
