Türk Futbolunda Taşlar Yerinden Oynuyor: Elektronik Bilet Uygulaması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı spor camiasını derinden etkileyen elektronik bilet uygulamasının özellikle şiddet olaylarına ve seyirci sayısına etkisini incelemektir. Yöntem: Nitel araştırma yöntemlerine uygun hazırlanan bu çalışmanın verilerini elektronik bilet uygulaması ile ilgili çıkan haberler ve bu haberlere yapılan yorumlar, düzenlenen panellerden elde edilen yayınlar ve uzmanlarla mülakatlardan elde edilen bilgiler oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, doküman incelemesi, içerik analizi ve söylem analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Çalışma sonunda elektronik bilet uygulamasının şiddete karışanların tespiti ve bu olayların önlenmesi konusunda faydalı bir materyal olabileceği ancak uygulama ile ilgili ön hazırlıkların sadece teknik konularla sınırlı olduğu, taraftarların uygulamaya uyum sağlamasına yönelik tanıtıcı çalışmaların sınırlı kaldığı tespit edilmiştir.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the developments of the electronic ticket application that has been started to be implemented in the football branch with all aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of the application. Method: The data of this study that is prepared according to the qualitative research methods was formed from news about electronic ticket application, made to comments on this news, publications from organized panels and information obtained from expert interviews. The data were analyzed by document analysis, content analysis and discourse analysis. Results and Conclision: It was found at the end of the study that electronic ticket application can be a useful material for detection and prevention of persons involved in violence but preparations for application are limited to technical issues only, promotional work for fans to adapt to the application is inadequate.
